Influential Sheerazi brothers of Thatta on Monday announced their decision to join the Pakistan Peoples' Party (PPP). Ayaz Sheerazi is a member of National Assembly while Shah Hussain Sheerazi is Sindh Assembly's member. In addition, MPA Muhammad Ali Malkani also joined the PPP.
Three politicians from Thatta were elected on PML-Q tickets in 2008 polls. Later, they parted ways with the Q-League. In a press conference on Monday, Sheerazi and Malkani brothers said they had unconditionally joined the PPP.
