A three-member Supreme Court bench headed by Justice Jawwad S Khawaja on Thursday adjourned the hearing of Kamran Faisal death case after Punjab Forensic Science Laboratory submitted its report in the matter. Faisal, the National Accountably Bureau (NAB), officer was assisting Investigation Officer Asgahr Khan in the Rental Power Plants scam.
The bench was apprised that NAB prosecutor general K K Agha was engaged in other court room of the apex court. Justice Jawwad S Khawaja remarked that further proceedings in the matter would be held after the report was evaluated.
The hearing of case was adjourned till March 26.
