The Karachi Police (West) arrested 94 accused during a special campaign against the absconders, said a statement on Sunday. It said that the police have arrested eight wanted accused and 86 absconders, who have been apprehended from different areas of the district West.
SSP West Asif Ejaz Shaikh said the policemen will be awarded prizes and commendation certificates for their good performance while the negligent police personnel will face departmental action.
