The New York based Human Rights Watch (HRW) has said the Pakistan government should hold former military ruler Pervez Musharraf accountable for human rights abuses on his return to the country. It said legal proceedings are pending against Musharraf in several human rights cases.
The Organisation said Musharraf should not be allowed to elude the serious legal proceedings against him.
