A District and Sessions Court in Lahore on Friday declared a former lawmaker of the Punjab Assembly, Amna Buttar, an absconder in dual nationality case. Amna Buttar is affiliated with Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). The lower courts are hearing cases of dual nationality and fake degrees on the directives of the Supreme Court.
