Tirah valley victims demand registration, shelter facility

The affected people from Tirah Valley, Khyber Agency have demanded for re-opening of registration, proper shelter facility, and food assistance, and warned that if their demands were not fulfilled they would hold a long march to federal capital against it.
Addressing at a press conference here at press club, Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf, Khyber Agency, President Mohammad Iqbal Afridi along with affected people of Maiden, Tirah Valley, said that a large number of people had been displaced due to ongoing fighting in the area. He said authorities had yet to start registration for affected people of different areas of Tirah Valley, Khyber Agency.
Flanked by elders, Minabat Yarmat Shah, Kashmir Khan, Saeed, PTI leader asked the government to take effective step for mitigating suffering of more 50,000 families displaced families in the ongoing issue. "Tribesmen are patriotic citizen of this country, who rendered their lives for motherland, despite that they are being faced with difficult situation over past a decade," said a tribal elder.
