Central Directorate of National Savings, Islamabad is going to accomplish its recruitment process through National Testing Services (NTS) for which advertisement regarding vacant posts has already been published in the national newspapers. Transparency International has been invited to monitor and evaluate the efforts of the organisation regarding induction of Human Resource purely on merit.
Transparency International shall further evaluate the over all administration, recently completed automation project Phase-I, upcoming IT project Phase-II and procurement and all other allied matters. This step depicts the commitment of the organisation to encourage culture of merit as prudent policy. In this regard MoU is expected to be signed between Transparency International and National Savings Organisation to crystallise all aspects of recruitment process.-PR
