SSC exams: control room established in CM House

Spokesperson to Caretaker Chief Minister Sindh has informed that to ensure the smooth and peaceful conduct of SSC Part-I & II examination, a central control room established at CM House, under the especial directives of Caretaker CM Sindh, the Section Cr. PC 144 has also imposed in the jurisdiction and surrounding the examination centers throughout the province.
He said that serious notice has been taken of yesterdays the untoward incident in Gulistan-e-Johar examination centre, and concerned officers have been directed to submit immediate report about the incident. Spokesperson further said that Additional Chief Secretary (Home) and IG Police Sindh has been directed to strictly implement the Section-144, stoppage of operating Photostat machine within the surrounding the exam centers, security of the candidates and exam invigilation staff and enhancing security personal deployment at sensitive centers, stoppage of interference of irrelevant persons in the premises of the exam centres to curb the copy culture.
He said that the control rooms established at respective educational boards are directed to remain in continuous co-ordination with central control room at CM House during exam hours. "All the divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and officers of education department and concerned educational board officers have been directed for surprise, random visits through vigilance teams to ensure fair and transparent examination process, he added. Spokesperson said that divisional commissioners and officers of education boards have been given a proforma through which daily report about the conduct of examination will be sent to Chief Minister Secretariat.-PR
