PaRRSA to construct two more schools in Swat

The Provincial Reconstruction, Rehabilitation and Settlement Authority (PaRRSA) will reconstruct two more schools including reconstructing 10 clean drinking water supply schemes in Swat district besides constructing the boundary walls of Excelsior College Swat with the financial support of USAID.
According to a press release of PaRRSA, approvals for these schemes were granted in District Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Committee-DRRC meeting held in Swat, chaired by Kamran Rehman, Deputy Commissioner Swat. Government Girls Primary School Manglowar and Government Girls Primary School Spina Khpa were destroyed during the reign of militancy and will be reconstructed by a cost of Rs 36.58 million. 10 clean Drinking Water Supply Schemes costing Rs 133.7 million will be implemented in Swat district to provide clean drinking water facility to the far flung areas of the region.
