Federal Minister for Railways, Abdul Malik Kasi called on Prime Minister former Justice Mir Hazar Khan Khoso at the PM's House. While talking to the Minister the Prime Minister said that Railways is a popular and cheap means of transport of people and cargoes.
"It is therefore necessary that we run it efficiently so that the masses can benefit from its efficient operations, he emphasised", he said. The Prime Minister directed the Railways Minister to look into the issues that are impinging upon its operations and take immediate policy, administrative and financial measure to rectify the situation Earlier the Minister for Railways briefed the Prime Minister on the working, function and issues pertaining to the Pakistan Railways. Abdul Malik Kasi assured the Prime Minister that he will follow the guidelines given by the Prime Minister.
