Eight militants were killed and one soldier was injured after an exchange of fire in Orakzai Agency on Wednesday. According to sources, Taliban militants ambushed a security check-post in Dabori area of Orakzai Agency early in the morning. The security forces retaliated strongly, thwarting the cowardly act of terrorism and killing eight attackers. Source said that one soldier was also injured in the attack. Later, the security forces launched a search operation in the area.
