Constituency PK-4: two independent candidates withdraw in favour of PTI contestant

Two independent candidates contesting election from PK-4 withdrew in favour of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Arif Yousaf and assured full support to him in the election. Speaking at a news conference here at press club, the independent candidates Sohail Iqbal and Ansarullah Advocate formally announced to quit election race in favour of the PTI candidate from the constituency PK-4. On the occasion, the PTI candidate Arif Yousaf and Aqeel Razaq were present.
During the press conference, ANP worker Jehangir Khan also resigned from the party and joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. While addressing on the occasion, PTI candidate Arif Yousaf welcomed the decision of two independent candidates along with joining of ANP party stalwart in the Imran Khan-led Tehreek-e-Insaf.
He said the PTI is only political force to bring positive change in the country. He said honest and dedicated leadership could to overcome with the current situation. He said Imran Khan is sole political leader, which has gained good public trust and sincere to address their issues on priority basis. Arif Yousaf claimed that PTI will get huge mandate by gaining nine Provincial Assembly seats out of 11 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and would form its government there like other parts of the country.
He said if his party voted to power, would address the key national issues, like corruption, price hike, unemployment, particularly energy crisis and establishment of peace are included in our top agenda. He urged the masses to vote the PTI for better change in the future.
