Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister commends services of Pak-Turk Education Foundation

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Caretaker Chief Minister former Justice Tariq Pervez Khan said that the people and government of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa highly value the services of Pak-Turk International School and College for providing quality education to the students of the province adding that Pak-Turk Education Foundation is the best example of the close and friendly ties between the two countries.
He expressed these views while talking to a delegation of Pak-Turk International School and College Peshawar who called on him at his office on Wednesday and discussed with him matters related to the uplift of education in the province. Provincial Caretaker Minister for Education and Information Mussarat Qadeem was also present on the occasion. The delegation included the Principal, Pak-Turk school and college Peshawar ILhan Erdogon, Senior Advisor, Professor Mirza Hakeem Khan and Huseyin Gursoy. On this occasion the Chief Minister granted two students of the Pak-Turk School Peshawar, Adil Rehman and Ali Khan with medals and certificate of commendation for getting 3rd position in the "Golden Climate International Environment Project" recently held in Nairobi (Kenya). He congratulated the students for earning a shining name for the country and lauded their talents.
On the request of the delegation, the Chief Minister assured all possible co-operation with regard to acquisition of suitable land for the establishment of Pak-Turk Girls School and College in Peshawar. ILhan Erdogan told the Chief Minister that Pak-Turk Education Foundation is a Turkish based international non-governmental organisation which runs more than twenty schools and colleges in more than seven cities of Pakistan wherein quality education is being imparted to more than seven thousand Pakistani students. The Chief Minister lauded brilliant performance and achievements of the institution and expressed good wishes for its success in the future as well.
