Four women hurt in hand- grenade attack

At least four women injured in a hand grenade attack on a polling station at Killi Shabo area of the provincial capital on Saturday afternoon. Police sources, while quoting preliminary information, told Agency that unknown armed motorcyclists hurled a hand grenade at the polling station set up for female voters in Killi Shabo area, in which four women who had came there to cast their votes received injuries.
The attackers managed to flee from the scene. The rescue teams rushed to the site and shifted the wounded to hospital. The law enforcement agencies personnel have cordoned off the entire area. Further probe was in process. The supporters of Akhtar Hussain Langove, the candidate of Balochistan National Party-Mengal, Haji Lashkari Raisani, the candidate of Pakistan Muslim League-N and Liaquat Ali Lehri, and independent candidates were present outside the polling station, political sources said.
