After emerging as the largest political party in May 11 elections, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz has started contacting other political parties and independent candidates to form government in Balochistan. Independent candidates and foreign envoys are also visiting Raiwind to meet Nawaz Sharif.
According to PML-N spokesman, PML-N Balochistan has started contacting other political parties and independent candidates to discuss the formation of government in the province. PML-N provincial president Sardar Sanaullah Khan Zehri has arrived in Quetta and is contacting successful independent candidates from various constituencies.
He further said that it is likely that Sanaullah Zehri will personally meet with those independent candidates. According to unofficial results, Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PMAP) and PML-N have nine seats each in the provincial assembly while National Party is also in a strong position after winning seven seats. Sources told that all the political parties have increased contact with the independent candidates who have won on eight seats to form government in the largest province.
