Municipal staff directed to ensure sanitation in Matiari

The Deputy Commissioner Matiari Fayaz Hussain Abbasi has warned the Taluka Municipal Administration Matiari to ensure cleanliness in the town within three days with full attendance of sanitary workers in the field failing which action will be taken against them. The Deputy Commissioner issued the directives while paying surprise visit to different parts of Matiari town early Wednesday.
The Deputy Commissioner also warned the officers of Market Committee and veterinary doctor to ensure the marketing of healthy vegetables, fruits and meats in the town and take action against the defaulters. The Deputy Commissioner also directed the officers that encroachment of all kinds should be removed with immediate effect and smooth flow of traffic should be ensured.
Expressing his dissatisfaction over the performances of TMA official, the Deputy Commissioner directed them to prepare an effective plan for the cleanliness in the city. He said that efficient disposal of sewer effluent also related to cleanliness. He said that hygienic condition of any city put healthy impact on the inhabitants and it also to reduce the health bill of individuals and organisations.
