Punjab caretaker Chief Minister Najam Sethi has on Monday directed the concerned officials that maximum resources should be utilised for saving children from measles. He asked them to take more effective steps for controlling measles in the province, disclosed an official. The CM said life of every child is precious and no effort should be spared in the treatment of the affected children.
He further directed them to provide best medical facilities to the patients of measles in hospitals. He said helpline 0800-99000 has been fully activated for providing information to the people about preventive measures against measles.
