Business community has expressed the hope that nominated Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif would overcome the economic challenges by utilising his best abilities.
Chairman Ferozepur Road Industrial Association Mubasher Naseer Butt, Senior Vice Chairman Shahzeb Akram and Vice Chairman Rana Khalid in their joint statement on Wednesday said the country was passing through a critical time of history and facing a number of challenges including massive loadshedding, acute gas shortage, corruption, impeded industrial growth, decline in foreign exchange reserves and deteriorating law and order situation.
They said recent past regime was least interested in the progress and prosperity of the country and remained busy in malpractices. Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif have the God-gifted abilities and could pull the country out of mire of crisis.
