Chief Patron of Cultural Association of Pakistan S M Zafar has said that Riaz ur Rehman Saghar was a man of phraseology. Although he has left us but his memories will always be with us in the shape of his evergreen songs. His death has deprived us from a literary friend in the music industry of Pakistan. He expressed these views during a meeting held on Tuesday in which a condolence resolution was passed under the chairmanship of S M Zafar.
Members expressed their deep grief on the sad demise poet Riaz ur Rehman Saghar and paid a rich tribute to him. The Association members offered Fateha for the departed soul and showed their sympathies to the bereaved to bear this irreparable loss. Secretary General of the Association Jameel Gishkori presented a condolence resolution in which it was said that Saghar was a man of commitment who became famous due to his devotion and dedication in his field. He also wrote many important travelogues of his life. He always took care of tunes and rhythms in his poetry. Besides he also used to guide the musicians and singers for the composition of his songs.
