Jeweller, two security guards shot dead

Three people were killed on Wednesday when unknown gunmen opened fire at their vehicle in the limits of Bani Gala Police Station. Police said that a local jeweller and two security guards were shot dead while three children of the jeweller sustained injuries. The jeweller was identified as Gul Zeb, while his guards Mushtaq and Tufail. The injured included three jeweller's son including Shah Zeb, Jahan Zeb and Gull Safaeen, police said.
Soon after the tragic incident, victims' bodies were shifted to Polyclinic Hospital. Police reached the scene after firing and cordoned off the area and also conducted search operation in the area, but they made no arrest. Police handed over the bodies to the relatives of the deceased after autopsy. Police said that the incident was a result of old enmity. Police have registered a case and started investigations.
