Telenor inaugurates energy-efficient call centre in Lahore

In line with the global Go-Green initiative, Telenor Pakistan has recently inaugurated its energy-efficient Green Field Call Centre in Lahore. The premises encompass state-of-the-art technology, high international security standards and safe working conditions for all of its Call Centre (CCD) Operations.
During the launch ceremony Lars Christian Iuel, Chief Executive Officer, Telenor Pakistan said "Being a socially responsible organisation, Telenor Pakistan always strives to adhere to global environmental trends. The foundations of this call centre have been laid with resources that are environment friendly and comply with the international Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) standards."
The optimum utilisation of the systems installed in the Green Field Call Centre will enhance the efficiency of the employees by creating an ambience that will help in fostering productivity which will translate into delivering better quality services to the customers.-PR
