Taiwan stocks fell 0.45 percent to their lowest close in more than 10 weeks on Monday as investors remained cautious after last week's global market rout. The main TAIEX index finished at 7,758.03 points, with electronics sub-index down 1.2 percent while financial sub-index nearly flat. Among the worst performers, flat panel makers Innolux and AU Optronics both plunged more than 5 percent. They are the world's No 3 and No 4 players. The Taiwan dollar rose by T$0.166 to stand at T$30.114 to the US dollar.
