According to complainant, Investigation Officer Sardar Naeem and SHO Police Station Sabzi Mandi, Akram Gill refused to arrest the accused and provided him chance to flee from the area.
Police took him 5 days in custody, after taking bribe, they treated as VIP by not obtaining physical remand. The SHO was provided a number of FIRs against accused, his father and brothers, registered in the same police station but instead of acting as per law. The police annoyed over the complainant and removed from his office. According to the complainant, the Investigation Officer kept the evidences in possession in presence of the witnesses but neither any sample of the accused is obtained for cross-matching nor is the evidence sent for DNA test even after the lapse of 11 months.
Police is trying to remove the prime evidence just to save the accused and up till now has shown partiality in the process of investigation.
The complainant has said that police also submitted incomplete record before the court just to weaken the case. He said such serious case is considered as crime against state and police is flouting the state in other words.
