Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan congratulates Mamnoon Hussain for winning the presidential election. In a statement issued here on Tuesday, the Governor said the democratic institutions will strengthen and the country will progress by the election of Mamnoon Hussain as the President.
