Chairman Judicial Activism Penal (JAP) has approached the Lahore High Court against recent increase in electricity tariff. The petitioner contended that under the present loadshedding, increase in electricity price will add the miseries of the people. He therefore prayed to the court to direct the respondent government to withdraw the recent increase in electricity tariff.
