Security beefed up at Balochistan jails

The security has been beefed up at prisons across Balochistan province following a brazen militant attack on a jail in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Dera Ismail Khan, which led to the escape of nearly 250 prisoners. Security sources said Frontier Constabulary commandoes had been deployed inside and outside the jails on orders of Home Minister. They said the ministry had also sought record of 145 dangerous prisoners confined in 11 jails of Balochistan.
