Samsung's new SC770 computer monitor is designed for use with Windows 8, which is why the Korean manufacturer outfitted the 24-inch device with a touch-screen. The monitor can also be tilted back so far that it's almost level, which can be useful when editing pictures or graphics using touch controls. The resolution is 1,920 x 1,080 pixels (full HD). The SC770 should be in European stores by mid-August, but Samsung has made no announcements about price.
