Police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested at least 53 suspects including 12 proclaimed offenders (POs) during search operation in suburbs of Peshawar. Police said that the action was taken within the limits of Chamkani and Armar police stations. Three Kalashnikovs, three pistols and hundreds of bullets were recovered from the custody of the accused. Eight kilograms of hashish was also recovered from a house within the limits of Armar police station, police said.
