Imran shocked over Gandapur's death

Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan said on Wednesday that he was shocked and saddened by the death of law minister Israrullah Gandapur in a suicide attack at his residence in Dera Ismail Khan. In a message on popular social media site, Khan said: "Shocked and saddened by attack on KP law minister Israrullah Gandapur's house in DIK, martyring him and seven others; injuring over 20." "It is imperative the federal government move forward to implement political consensus arrived at APC. KP and govt are frontline targets."
In a separate statement, MQM chief Altaf Hussain expressed his grief at the martyrdom of Gandapur and nine others, calling it a tragedy. He said the KP province had become a target of terrorists. He also expressed his condolence with relatives, provincial government and PTI for the tragic incident. ANP leader Mian Iftikhar Hussain also denounced the bombing. Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali condemned the attack and asked the chief of KP police to submit a report.
