It is a red-letter day for all of us, an occasion to celebrate and reiterate our pledge to carry on our straggle until we are blessed with freedom. Since Dogara Raj to this day the Kashmiris have proved that they are freedom lovers and will never be satisfied until their rights to self determination is given to them.
Dear Brothers! The first and foremost preference of the Government of the Azad state of Jammu and Kashmir is to liberate the occupied part of Jammu and Kashmir from the clutches of Indian forces. To achieve this objective, the Government of Pakistan People's Party under the leadership of Chaudhry Abdul Majeed will never compromise and we are committed to highlight the Kashmir issue on the national and international forums and solution based on the aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
Dear Brothers and sisters! Quaid-e-Awam Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto formed the Pakistan People's Party only for the sake of this issue and gave the Kashmir People a democratic system of Government. Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto also represented the right to self determination of the Kashmir people at every forum and played a very important role. The co-chairman Pakistan People's Party during his tenure as president of Pakistan and Prime Ministers Syed Yousaf Raza Gellani and Raja Pervez Ashraf have been endeavouring to solve the Kashmir dispute peacefully. Mr Asif Ali Zardari highlighted the Kashmir dispute on the forum of United Nations for the right to self-determination of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. This has won the hearts of our people. The people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and the government of the people is always strived to solve the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the political philosophy and vision of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Banzir Bhutto. Today, we assure all our brethren, living on the other side of line of control that struggle will be continued until full freedom and liberty of Jammu and Kashmir and its annexation with Pakistan. The government of the Pakistan People's Party is stick to its stand and demand from the international community to stop genocide and human rights violation. In occupied Jammu and Kashmir. On this occasion, condemning the Indian aggression, we also demand from the international community to come forward to resolve the Kashmir dispute in accordance to the wishes of the people. We are utilising all our resources to help and support our brothers. At this occasion of 66th Foundation Day I pay heartfelt tribute to the all martyrs, who offered the sacrifice of their blood and liver. I ensure the people under Indian oppression that our struggle will continue until we liberate the whole State of Jammu and Kashmir and annex it with Pakistan. May Allah Almighty give us strength to materialise the dreams and wishes of our people and liberate the occupied Jammu and Kashmir as soon as possible. Ameen
