Rain, snowfall over hillstops likely today

Meteorological department has said that continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A fresh westerly wave is expected to affect western parts of the country from Monday (evening/night) and further upper parts of the country on Tuesday (evening/night) and expected to persist during next 3 to 4 days.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR TODAY
Thunderstorm/rain with light snowfall over hills tops is likely to occur at a few places of Mehmund, Bajour, Khyber, Kurrum agencies, Quetta, Zhob, Peshawar, Malakand, Hazara divisions & Gilgit-Baltistan Monday.
Mainly partly cloudy weather with isolated mist in plain areas of Punjab & upper Sindh is expected over most parts of rest of the country, it added.
FURTHER OUTLOOK FOR NEXT 72 HOURS:
Fairly widespread thunderstorm/rain associated with gusty winds, snowfall over hills tops is expected over Mehmund, Bajour, Khyber, Kurrum agencies, Peshawar, Malakand, Mardan, Hazara divisions, Waziristan, Gilgit-Baltistan & Kashmir.
Scattered thunderstorm/rain with snowfall over hills tops is likely to occur over Quetta, Zhob, Sibbi, Nasirabad, Kohat, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi divisions & Islamabad.
