A delegation of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Thursday called on Pakistan People's Party (PPP) leadership at Chief Minister House and discussed issues relating to Local Bodies (LB) elections. The MQM delegation comprised of Dr Sagheer Ahmed, Kanwar Naveed Jamil and Adil Siddiqui while the PPP leadership which attended the meeting included Information Minister Sharjeel Memon, Senior Minister Nisar Khoro and Law Minister Sikandar Menhdero.
The leadership of the two major political parties of Sindh exchanged views on how to hold peaceful elections in the province. Sources said that the MQM delegation paid the visit on the invitation of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah.
