Two alleged terrorists held in Capital

Security agencies foiled a terror bid on Thursday in the federal capital by arresting two alleged terrorists including a suicide bomber. Sources told Business Recorder that the suspected terrorists were planning to attack an Imambargah in sector G-6 of the capital on Ashura.
Acting on a tip-off, the security agencies arrested two alleged terrorists including a suicide bomber from Tarnol area of Islamabad. The alleged suicide bomber and the mastermind were identified as Muhammad Saeed Abdullah and Matiullah. The police have also seized suicide jackets and other equipments from their possession. The sources said Matiullah was an Afghan and issued a Pakistani visa. He had visited Pakistan before many a times and was deported to Afghanistan when he was found involved in issuing fake visas. The sources further said that suspected mastermind of the terror plot Abdullah had brought Mutiullah from Miranshah town of the North Waziristan tribal agency.
