Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital (SKMCH) & Research Centre is organising its 12th International Cancer Symposium from November 29 to December 1 in Lahore. The symposium's theme this year is "Fighting Cancer on all fronts" and it will stand out as an example for providing quality medical education free of cost without encroachment from pharmaceutical companies.
According to the hospital's spokesman, Imran Khan, Chairman Board of Governors, Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust will be the chief guest on this occasion. The Symposium will provide an international forum for oncologists and allied specialties to present and discuss the latest research results, ideas and developments in all areas of cancer care.
Many distinguished clinicians and scientists have joined the symposium faculty where over 125 invited speakers and 1500 delegates from a wide range of disciplines will participate.
