Veteran Pakistan all-rounder Abdul Razzaq, who had earlier announced to make a comeback in domestic cricket, has finally started intense training.
Razzaq, who is known for his clean hitting and accurate bowling, had said he will prove his fitness through performances in the domestic tournaments.
“I wanted to play in the Pakistan Super League [PSL] but I guess the time for that has passed now,” he said in an interview last year ahead of the league's season 3. He also announced that he would be participating in domestic One Day International tournament. “If I am able to perform and prove my fitness, then I am hopeful of participating in the next PSL as a player.”
Following that, the all-rounder shared his picture of him with a caption, “Working very hard for a strong comeback.”
