06 Mar, 2014

All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) Information Secretary Aasia Ishaq on Wednesday demanded what she called halt to action against General Pervez Musharraf (retd). Addressing a press conference at Karachi Press Club, she said the lack of political vision should be made responsible for military dictatorships, while political revenge against Musharraf should be stopped.
She said that Musharraf had never violated the Constitution of Pakistan as he is the real protector of the country and the nation.
She said that in the history of Pakistan, there has been no any leader in political parties who had not violated the Constitution. Aasia said that government was violating the Constitution daily, but no action against it had yet been taken.
She said that the military dictatorship emerged in Pakistan due to 'stupidity' of politicians.
Aasia said the government was cheating the nation in the name of negotiations with the Taliban. She said that conspiracy against the public would not be made successful.
