The Establishment Division has issued a notification No F.1-9/2013-Com-I dated 4th March, 2014 which excludes SECP & CCP from the purview of the Federal Commission for selection of heads of public sector organisations which was set up pursuant to directives of the Supreme Court in the Khawaja Asif case. It seems Khawaja Asif was not representing party policy at the time! Ya phir Sher kay daant, khanay kay aur dekhanay kay aur.
