17 Mar, 2014

Deputy chief, JUI-F Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Maulana Atta-ur-Rehman and Secretary Information Abdul Jalil Jan have said that the Protection of Pakistan Ordinance (PPO) is only part of the Western propaganda campaign against religious seminaries, which will not be accepted in any circumstances.
They said that the JUI-F had constituted a four-member committee for arrangements for the World Peace and Protection of Seminaries Conference scheduled on March 27, 2014 in Tehmash Stadium.
The JUI-F stalwarts demanded the abolition of class-based education system in schools, colleges and universities, saying the discriminative system was completely abolished in the seminaries where both the poor and the rich were getting education in the same class room.
They said that the JUI-F Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had decided to express solidarity with Wafaqul Madaris and foil every kind of conspiracy in this regard.
They said that monitoring committee for the conference included Abdul Jalil Jan, Asif Iqbal, Mufti Abdul Shakoor and Qari Rafiq Shah.
