Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker National Assembly constitutes "Strategic Plan Oversight Committee" (SPOC) of the National Assembly. Notification to this effect has been issued by the National Assembly Secretariat here on Thursday.
The committee comprises of MNAs Ms Marriyum Aurangzeb, Dr Azra Fazal Pechuho, Ms Asiya Nasir, Asad Umar, Zahid Hamid, Muhammad Pervaiz Malik, Ms Saman Sultana Jafri and Omar Ayub. The committee has been mandated to oversee the development of the strategic plan according to the established SMART goals and strategic framework of the National Assembly, review the progress made on the above-mentioned plan on quarterly basis and asses the performance of the strategic plan. Furthermore, the committee would ensure the implementation of the strategic plan in line with the set timelines. The committee would also submit its report along with the recommendations on monthly basis to the Speaker.-PR
