Acknow-ledging the nine-year old Pakistani World Record holder, Chief of Army Staff (CoAS), General Raheel Sharif congratulated the high achiever Rai Haris Manzoor, for record result in O level exams at the youngest age, said an ISPR press release issued on Thursday. On his request, the CoAS also permitted him to spend a day with Pakistan army in the field.
