The futures spreads increased by 287 basis points to 11.01 per cent during the outgoing week ended on May 16, 2014. Trading activity on the futures counter witnessed a downward trend and average daily volumes declined by 6.3 per cent to 10.39 million shares. The average daily trading value stood at Rs 1.475 billion, down by 7.6 per cent.
