Mohsin Ali Qureshi, Ex-MNA from NA-176 (Muzaffargarh) and a leader of PPP, was laid to rest in Kot Addu on Wednesday. Thousands of people attended his funeral prayer including politicians, lawyers, landlords etc. Mohsin Qureshi died in PIMS Islamabad on Tuesday evening where he was in coma for the last seven years. He left a widow Khalid Mohsin Ex-MNA, three sons and two daughters.
He was elected from Kot Addu seat in 2002. PPP gave ticket to his wife in 2008 elections because his spouse fell ill. Ex-president Asif Ali Zardari, former Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, PTI's Vice Chairman Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Makhdoom Javed Hashmi, President of PTI, Liaquat Baloch, Secretary General of JI have expressed their grief and sorrow over his death and they expressed sympathy with his family.
