Make-A-Wish Foundation fulfils terminally ill teenager's wish

Make-A-Wish Foundation Pakistan fulfilled the wish of terminally ill Waseem Asghar to meet Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. The 14-year old Waseem Asghar suffering from Thellessemia major wished Make-A-Wish Foundation Pakistan about his most cherished wish of meeting the Prime Minister. The Foundation conveyed his wish to Prime Minister, who invited Ashgar to Islamabad to meet him at the Prime Minister House, Islamabad.
Waseem Asghar received an official reception on arrival and ushered to the Prime Minister Office where PM received him warmly at the door and made him sit next to him. Waseem Asghar could not believe his luck that he is meeting his favourite personality.
PM inquired about his health and asked about his wish of meeting him, Waseem Ashgar replied that he used to watch him on the television and like him a lot and he is inspired by his commitment to reduce the poverty and eliminate terrorism in our country.
Prime Minster asked the ailing child what he can do for him, Waseem Asghar though belongs to a poor family replied with the pride that he does not want anything as his most cherished wish of meeting the PM is fulfilled. At this occasion Waseem Asghar gave an envelope to the PM containing one thousand rupees from his pocket money for rehabilitation of IDPs Make-a-Wish Foundation is an International NGO in 55 countries, Ishtiaq Baig, an Industrialist established Pakistan Chapter in 2008.-PR
