The Board of Directors of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has decided to publish the minutes of monetary policy proceedings of the Board meeting in four weeks. This was decided in the board meeting held on Saturday at SBP head office for a monetary policy decision. It is important to mention here that for the first time in the history of the central bank, minutes of board meeting of monetary policy proceedings would be made public in order to introduce more clarity and transparency in SBP''''s working.
