Minorities stage protest against Israeli aggression

To condemn the aggression and brutality of Israel on Palestinians, members of non-Muslims' communities staged a protest demonstration on main Sher Shah Suri Road here on Tuesday. Led by Advisor to Chief Minister on Minorities Affairs, Sardar Sorang Singh, the demonstrators were holding placards and banner, yelled slogans against the hundreds of killings of innocent Palestinians in Gaza strip.
A dozens of members of Christian, Hindus, and Sikh communities were participated in the demonstration. Talking to media, Sorang Singh said that for the last two weeks, the Israeli forces continuously carrying out bombardments on innocent Palestine, which termed it as worst kind of barbarism, due to which more than 600 people, including women, children and aged have been killed so far. He condemned the silent spectators' role of UN and Muslim World over Palestine issue and not taking any practical step to end bloodshed and truce on both side of Gaza strip. Singh said the non-Muslims communities have expressed full solidarity with people of Palestine and condemned the barbarism of Israel troops on them. The demonstrators demanded to lodge case in International Court of Justice (ICJ) against the Israel and called upon the Muslim world to severe diplomatic ties and boycott their manufacturing products immediately.
