Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan Limited (DIBPL) and 1Link Guarantee Limited (1Link) signed an alliance to offer electronic bill payment facility to DIBPL customers. CEO of both institutions and their senior management members were also present at the signing ceremony.
Talking at the occasion, Junaid Ahmed said that DIBPL is pleased to join hands with 1Link to offer various convenient ways of paying utility bills through electronic services. With the launch of this service, DIBPL customers will be able to pay all their utility (Electricity, Gas, Telephone etc) bills and also their prepaid & post-paid mobile phone bills by simply accessing the Bank's internet banking portal or by calling DIBPL 24/7 Call Center. Moreover, it also conforms to the Bank's commitment to provide convenient, innovative and technologically advanced banking services to all our customers.
