Ansar Burney condemns politicians for ignoring Pakistanis stuck in Libya

04 Aug, 2014

Chairman, Ansar Burney Trust International, Ansar Burney, has strongly condemned Pakistani politicians, who are busy in pulling each other's legs and doing dirty politics ignoring the 18,000 Pakistanis who were living and working in Libya including 175 illegal Pakistani immigrants detained in Libyan, who have stuck there after airports closure amid civil war.
In a statement issued here on Sunday, Burney said that some of corrupt and hypocrite politicians were busy in dirty politics in Pakistan while the life of 18000 innocent Pakistanis and Pakistani prisoners in Libya were at stake.
Burney urged Government of Pakistan especially President Mamnoon Hussain, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Ministry of Foreign Affairs to assist and help Ansar Burney Trust International to save the lives of almost 18000 Pakistanis (including 175 illegal immigrant Pakistanis detained in Tripoli detention centre for the last two to three years) stuck in Libya after civil war and closures of Airports before it is too late.
