A legal notice has been sent to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for failing to stop Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), from taking out protest marches in "violation of Lahore High Court full bench order." A legal notice sent by Lawyers' Foundation said LHC had "categorically" declared PTI and PAT marches unconstitutional and it was the duty of the executive head to enforce the LHC order in letter and spirit.
However, PM has miserably failed to discharge his constitutional obligation that resulted in long marches which will play havoc with country's economy. According to the notice if the PM fails to implement LHC order, the Lawyers Foundation will initiate legal action against him.
