Bears retuned in the driving seat at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where losers outclassed gainers amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index showed a decrease of 25.42 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 4,526.19 to 4,500.77 points. The overall turnover amounted to 155,000 shares as compared to previous volume of 1,000 shares.
Total 136 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (71) closed in negative territory, 65 closed in positive territory, whereas 01 company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Lafrage Pakistan Cement was 150,000 shares. The volume of Bank of Punjab was 5,000 shares.
