Three people were shot dead near Wapda Colony on Sariab road, here on Friday. Police sources said that unknown armed men opened indiscriminate firing at a mutton shop near Wapda Colony on Sariab road, leaving three men seriously injured. "The injured succumbed to their injuries on the way to hospital," police said, adding that the assailants managed to escape from the scene. The police rushed to the site and cordoned off the entire area to trace out the suspects.
